About the Violinist
Lilia Pereira:
Lilia began her musical journey playing the piano at age 6. At age 10, she took up violin. She was 11 when she auditioned successfully to play with the select Crone Chamber Orchestra at Crone Middle School in Naperville, Illinois. Lilia was selected to play with the Neuqua Valley High School's coveted Chamber Orchestra. She now plays for the North Central College Chamber Orchestra in Naperville.
Privately, Lilia focuses on contemporary music for the entertainment arena. She is versed in a considerable collection of music sets, appreciated by all ages and suitable for a variety of functions and venues from wedding receptions and private parties to business and public performances.
Lilia performs on the cutting edge Yamaha electric violin. Accompanied by supporting tracks, she is an avant-garde musician and a one girl band. Lilia is young, excited, skilled, helpful, respectful and classy.
